Dogs react quite strongly to a pregnancy. Usually they become protective. With 2 unneutered males, you can only expect trouble as the younger one matures. There is no good reason to keep intact dogs except for serious breeding programs. Neutering them both would go a long ways in solving the problem, at least the one that is growling.
