Hi! I am 5’2″ and 19 years old. I exercise 6 out of 7 days a week (I aim for 7 but am often too tired to do more.) and I do at least 65 minutes of cardio every day, but it’s usually closer to 100 minutes total. I weight train 3 4 days a week as well. Recently, I’ve been trying to lose weight (I am 113 down from 117!! yay) and these past 3 days (Monday Tuesday and Wednesday) I’ve kept my calories around 1200 a day. except, I just binged a whole lot, like 2500 calories worth of JUNK!! I know it was partially emotional, but I wonder if I do need more than 1200 calories a day withh the activity I am doing? Also, will the 2500 balance out if I eat carefully for the rest of the week?
