I eat 1500 to 1900 calories a day. I have a small breakfast at 7am at about 200cal at 9am 100cal at 11am 200 at 2pm I have 200 at 4pm 100cal and then if I work my second job at 7pm I have 400cal. I work labor intensive job and sit maybe 2 hour a day and thats in traffic I get about 6 hrs sleep at night and do p90x or insanity every day after work even if I pulled 2 shifts. All this and then I work on weekends fixing my house. I had a day off since I took my kid to disney and that was walking all day too. So you tell me doing this for about 5 years how the fuck you explain why I am overweight. It couldn be genetic disposition or anything!!?? it must be all the sitting around and eating I do.
