I just wanted to know if I need to work extra hard to erase the damage or if once I return to normal eating and exercise habits will it come off naturally? If there were such pill, believe you me, I’d have a lifetime supply on tap ; )” that’s really the truth! I’ve been dealing with my weight problem for years now. Sometimes I want to just stop struggling and try to find an easy way out.
