I can tell you it’s a waste of time. Like she said before water weight is what u will lose u never hear of people losing over 15 35 lbs. I recommend just walking around Inglewood on a Saturday, checking out places like Crown Surplus and some antiques stores, or go in the evening for a show at the Blues Can or Ironwood. In Kensington I would recommend trying a restaurant (I like Marathon, Brasserie Kensington, Pulcinella, .) and grabbing a beer or coffee (I like Kensington Pub, Oolong Tea House and Higher Ground).
