They are where mommies and newborn babies who have been released from hospital, can meet up again in a group setting where a lactation consultant will be available to help if anyone is having issues with their baby feeding. These groups tend to meet once or twice a week, free of charge. DO find out the whens/wheres before WELL BEFORE giving birth because afterward you will be too overwhelmed to get this info and you might miss out (this is what happened to me). My sis in law was smart and got the details and went to her group, and she said it was really helpful. But is it ok to take it while i am breastfeeding.? What are its side affects?
And my absolute favorite thing in the world is to kiss my son. I’ve kissed plenty of people in my life family, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, my dog.
